Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Gatilho Markets is a trading education platform. Gatilho Markets is operated by ACG (acg.foundation). Payments are processed by Whop, which acts as payment processor. You can reach us at support@gatilhomarkets.com or through the Contact page.

The seller of every plan, upgrade and offer is ACG, the operator of Gatilho Markets. At checkout, on your receipt and on your bank or card statement, the seller appears as ACG. Whop is the payment platform that processes the payment; it is not the seller.

2. What these terms cover

These terms govern access to educational content about financial markets under the plan you purchased (Mira, Alvo or Precisão). By creating an account or buying a plan you accept them.

3. Education only, not a regulated service

Gatilho Markets is not a broker, investment adviser, portfolio manager or signals provider, and is not registered with or authorised by Brazil's Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM), Portugal's Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários (CMVM) or any other financial regulator. Nothing on the platform is investment advice, a personal recommendation or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument.

4. Account and age

You must be at least 18 years old. Access is personal and cannot be transferred. Sharing your login can lead to the account being blocked without a refund.

5. Plans, access period and upgrades

The Mira and Alvo plans give 24 months of access and the Precisão plan gives 36 months, counted from the date you bought your plan. An upgrade doesn't restart that date: if you upgrade to Precisão, the 36 months count from your original purchase. When the period ends, access ends; you can buy a plan again at the price shown at that time. If we ever stop offering the service, we will tell you by email at least 60 days before. You can upgrade at any time by paying the difference between plans.

6. Payment

Prices are in US dollars and are paid once. Payments go through the secure checkout of Whop, our payment provider, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or crypto, under the conditions shown at checkout. Any taxes that apply (such as VAT) are shown before you pay. We never see or store your card details.

7. 7-day guarantee

You can cancel your purchase within 7 days of the purchase date and get a full refund. See the Refund Policy for how.

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you agree that access to the digital content starts immediately after payment, and you acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal therefore ends once access begins. The 7-day refund policy above still applies.

8. Intellectual property

All lessons, videos, strategies, templates and materials belong to Gatilho Markets or its licensors. Recording, downloading, reselling or redistributing them is forbidden.

9. Conduct on the platform

Be respectful. In lesson questions and support, promoting signals, paid groups, products, bots or brokers is not allowed.

The lessons and the community are for learning, support and announcements. Nobody, including our team, posts calls to buy or sell, entries on a live market or account management offers there. Market examples in the lessons explain the method and are not a recommendation to trade.

10. No guarantee of results

The content is for education only. There is no guarantee of any financial result. Please read the Risk Disclosure.

11. Limitation of liability

Every trading and investment decision is yours alone. To the extent the law allows, Gatilho Markets is not liable for losses arising from those decisions, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your plan.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will tell students before changes take effect. Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
