Legal
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 November 2026
This policy explains how Gatilho Markets, operated by ACG (acg.foundation), handles personal data. We follow Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018) and, for users in Portugal and the rest of the European Union, the GDPR. Where these laws differ, we apply the one that protects you most.
1. Data we collect
Name, email, WhatsApp number, payment data (handled by the payment provider; we never store card details), how you use the student area, and cookies.
When you pay, Whop processes your payment as payment processor. Whop is responsible for the payment data it collects under its own privacy policy and shares order details with us (such as your name, email, what you bought and payment status) so we can give you access.
2. Why we use it
To deliver the course, provide support, send you messages about your account, issue invoices, improve the product and, with your consent, measure and target ads.
3. Legal bases
Performing our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests and our legal obligations, depending on the purpose.
4. Sharing and international transfers
We share data only with providers we need to run the service: payment processing, email, hosting and, with consent, advertising tools. Some of them process data outside your country. When that happens we rely on safeguards the law accepts, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Students can download or delete their data in My Account → Privacy. You can also complain to your data protection authority, such as Brazil's ANPD (National Data Protection Authority) or Portugal's CNPD (National Data Protection Commission).
6. Retention and security
We keep data only as long as the purposes and our legal obligations (such as tax records) require, with access controls and encryption in transit.
7. Cookies
We use necessary cookies and storage (login, security, language and your consent choice). The one optional tracker is the Whop Pixel, for ad measurement: it only loads if you click Accept in the cookie banner, and a Global Privacy Control signal counts as a decline. With your consent it records page views and a few events (viewing pricing or a course page, signing up for the free mini-course, sending the contact form, clicking to email us); for sign-ups and the contact form it also receives the name, email and phone number you entered, and Whop may pass these events to the ad platforms we use (for example Meta, Google or TikTok) so they can match them to their ads. One exception: when we test the setup from our Whop dashboard, a one-time whop_verify link loads the pixel in that tab only, for at most 10 minutes. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
8. Children
The platform is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Contact for privacy
For any privacy request, write to support@gatilhomarkets.com. We reply within 30 days.
